We believe Jesus is doing a lot more among Christians than what happens on a Sunday. Christians look out for each other, meet to discover more about Jesus and encourage each other as we live for him. So that means nightshift involves:

• our public gathering: where we love a lot of people in a few ways,
• our growth groups: where we love a few people in a lot of ways.

Our public gathering happens at 7pm on a Sunday night and means that anyone can come and visit and find out about Jesus. Our gathering involves hearing from the Bible together and discussing it with the Bible teacher, expressing in song how great we think God is, showing our concern for each other and our dependence on God in our prayers. That way we can love a lot of people in a few ways.

Our growth groups happen during the week and are a chance for a small group to meet and share life together. They involve learning from the Bible together but also working out how to live out what it says. Sometimes we'll do training together so that we develop skills that help us live the Christian life. Sometimes we'll spend more time working out how to support and encourage each other. Other times we'll just enjoy being together. Growth groups let us love a few people in a lot of ways.
